Hi my name is Joshua Scotton and I’m from England. I’m 24 years old and I am currently studying for a research PhD at Warwick University. I am also a full member of the AAT, the BCS and MENSA.

In my spare time I like to do (this is not an exhaustive list!):

• Bible (I’m a Christian)
• Kempo Ju Jitsu
  
• Programming (lots of various projects)
  
• Linux (I use Ubuntu)
• 3D Design (Using Blender)

• Rock Climbing (Mainly bouldering, that’s the type without ropes)
  
• Football (that’s soccer for people from the US)
• Rugby (I like watching it)
  
• Music (I play guitar and piano)
• Science (Physics, Astronomy, Biology)
• Playstation 3 Games
• Latin and Ballroom Dance
• Photography

I run the Blender Week Day Challenge over on blenderartists.org. You can find me there under the alias blackcougar. I’m also a proofreader for the BlenderArt magazine, a bi-monthly magazine for 3D artists. Check out the website www.blenderart.org
