Hello would you mind sharing which blog platform you're working with? I'm planning to start my own blog in the near future but I'm having a tough time deciding between BlogEngine/Wordpress/B2evolution and Drupal. The reason I ask is because your layout seems different then most blogs and I'm looking for something completely unique. P.S Sorry for being off-topic but I had to ask!

I believe that avoiding highly processed foods is the first step to help lose weight. They may taste excellent, but refined foods contain very little nutritional value, making you take in more only to have enough electricity to get through the day. In case you are constantly consuming these foods, switching to whole grain products and other complex carbohydrates will aid you to have more electricity while having less. Great blog post.
