Been busy polishing off one piece I composed before performing it a couple of weeks back. It’s called ‘Eternal Hope’, YouTube video below:

Just uploaded some new music tracks to last.fm for a friend of mine.

The album is called “Anything is Possible” by Marc Hirst and you can listen to it at the link here.

I recorded a new version of “Walking in the Air” this week. You can download it from this link or go to my last.fm artist page and listen to it along with the rest of my music.

I’ve written a couple of instrumental pieces this year and here are the results. I wrote ‘Spring’ in March and was playing around over the weekend and came up with a piece I’m calling ‘Eternal Hope’.

I’ve been helping set up a music website/blog for a friend of mine.

After uploading all the music over at last.fm where you can listen to the tracks, we took a while finding a simple way to sell the music on the site.

The main requirements were for an easy way to sell downloadable products and accept paypal payments.

We finally came up with a plugin for wordpress called e-commerce which works well, and we used that to create the shop.

I’ve been mucking around with this piece for a while now and managed to get a semi-decent recording over the weekend.

It’s completely from memory and by ear but it’s still recognisable as the theme from Braveheart – “For the Love of a Princess”

All it needs is some bagpipes in the background…
