Went to Spain and Portugal recently to visit some of the major battlesites and sieges in the Penninsular War. I finally got some time to sort out the thousands of photos we brought back so here are a few…

We travelled over by Ferry seeing some dolphins on the way there and a whale on the way back.

We first went to the battlesite of Salamanca, here’s some photos of the site:

The Spanish have animal rights “activists” as well… and these have a basic grasp of mathematical symbols, the graffiti is on the wall of a bullring:

Went to Dorset in July but only just managed to get the photos sorted.We were staying near Golden Cap (near Lyme Regis) and did some fossil hunting there.
